$22/Hour + Monthly On-Call Retainer Fee
Part-Time | Flexible On-Call Schedule

Sandy’s Donuts & Coffee Shop in West Fargo is looking for a dependable and punctual Bakery Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is ideal for an early riser who enjoys independent work, flexible scheduling, and being part of a company that proudly serves the community fresh donuts daily.

We are seeking a substitute/on-call driver who is available to help cover delivery routes as needed. In addition to hourly pay, we also offer a monthly on-call retainer fee for availability.

Schedule & Hours

This role includes early morning and overnight delivery routes, including:

  • Routes starting between 1:00 AM – 3:45 AM
  • Routes ending between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Occasional overnight route from 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver orders safely and efficiently to customers
  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
  • Carefully review customer delivery instructions and notes
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Communicate effectively with the Logistics Manager, team members, and customers
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Flexibility and willingness to be on-call as needed
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Personal transportation to and from work location
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 30 lbs
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not required
