Job Description:

Are you a friendly, motivated, and energetic individual with a passion for providing great customer service? Sandy's Donuts & Coffee Shop is seeking enthusiastic Retail/Frontline employees to join our team at our 301 Main Ave W, West Fargo.

As a Retail/Frontline team member, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and delightful experience for our customers from the moment they walk through our doors. Your exceptional customer service skills will be essential in ensuring that each visitor feels valued and leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and a friendly smile.
• Provide great customer service by assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
