Sandy’s Donuts Marketing Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, creative marketing employee to join our growing organization. You will be the person to develop, own and drive the Sandy’s Donuts brand. In this position, you will create content, take photos and use a multitude of platforms to convert ads and promotions into increased revenue for our company. You will seek to increase and build brand awareness through both traditional and new media campaigns.
Marketing Duties and Responsibilities
- Build brand awareness through various media outlets
- Plan sales and advertising campaigns
- Collect and analyze market research data
- Identify potential markets and test them extensively
- Work within various multimedia outlets to promote a product
- Design and oversee ad layouts
- Decide which media format (print, television, radio, web, billboard, social media) best suits the assignment
- Keep our website and App up to date and current
- Present projects to the Leadership Team and work with them to strategize and improve the material according to company needs
- Keep track of and balance budget
- Negotiate advertising contracts
- Photography/videography of content
Marketing Requirements and Qualifications
- Related degree or 2+ years experience
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and brand management
- Experience in website design and content development
- Stellar written and oral communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of current and relevant markets
- Proficient in analytics and market testing
- Willingness to try innovative marketing strategies
- Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once
- Proficient in social media
